How do I create my account?
Select the person icon on the top right of the screen.  Once it opens, you will have the choice of creating an account or logging in if you have an account already set up.
How do I update my personal account information?
Login into your account and you will have the option of editing your profile information in addition to deleting your profile.  
 How do I reset my account password?
Select the person on the top right of the screen.  Click on "Forgot your password" for the option to enter your email address for a password reset.  
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Yes, sales tax must be paid based on where the order has originated from.
When will the credit appear on my account?
Credit can take 7-14 business days to process from the time your item(s) return to our store.
When will I see the credit charge appear on my account?
 Within 24 hours from when your order is shipped.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship within Canada, however, reach out to us directly for out of country inquiries.  
What are my options on payment methods?
 We currently accept all major credit cards and gift certificates. Orders will only be shipped once the payment has been received in full.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $150. Shipping fees are calculated on orders below $150 during the checkout process.
What if I receive an incorrect product(s)?
 Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment to make the proper arrangements.

Can I track my order?
Yes, we use Canada Post for a majority of our orders.  A tracking number will be sent via email when your package has been picked up by Canada Post.  
I have not received my order?
Check your account status to confirm that your has shipped out and if so when in order to track the package. A tracking number should be available. If the package shows as "delivered" and nothing has arrived, please contact us immediately.
An item I ordered is missing?
 Check your account status to confirm that this item has been processed to be shipped. If it has been ordered and not in the delivered package, please contact us immediately.
How can I purchase gift certificates?
 Gift Certificates are available for purchase on our website under "Shop"
How can I redeem my gift certificate?
Select gift certificate under payment options once you have completed shopping and under your cart.  
Can I use a coupon?
Coupons are not available at this time
